Process and Tuition Fees 

We look forward to welcoming your child to the FBC Child Development Center!
Our enrollment process is designed to ensure a smooth transition for your family.

1.  Contact for Availability: Please email or call the CDC office to inquire about class availability for your child's age group (contact details are listed below).

2.  Schedule a Tour: We strongly encourage prospective parents to schedule a personal tour to see our classrooms, meet our teachers, and observe our program in action.

3.  Complete Registration Packet: Once availability is confirmed, you will be given the official Registration Packet. This includes emergency contacts, health forms, and required permissions.

4.  Pay Registration Fees: A non-refundable registration fee is due upon submission of the packet to secure your child’s spot.

5.  Official Acceptance: The CDC Director will confirm your child's enrollment and provide a start date and orientation information.

Fees for the 2026-2027 school year are due no later than June 23, 2026, and include the Resource Fee (covering all curriculum, on-campus activities, supplies, pizza days, etc.), the first payment of tuition (for August), the remaining uniform balance, and an optional milk order payment. If a student withdraws from the program, the first tuition payment is refundable only until June 23, 2026. 

Hours - Before Care 7:30 - 8:30 M-F; After Care 2:30 - 4:00 M-F. Extended Care is billed at $5.00 per hour, per child. Students 3 Year - Kindergarten are eligible to attend extended care. 2 Year students are not-eligible for extended care. A minimum late fee of $20.00 will be charged for students not picked up by the designated closing time. Additional fees may apply for extended late pickup.

Families can choose between two tuition payment options: a 10-month plan with payments from August to May, or a 12-month plan from August to July. The 12-month plan results in lower monthly payments but includes a 10% convenience fee. Tuition payment 1 for August is collected as part of the prepaid fees due on June 23, 2026. The remaining monthly tuition payments begin in September and are due by the 5th day of each month. If the tuition payment is not received by the due date, a late fee of $20 will be added to the account balance. 

Accepted methods of payment include cash, check, Zelle, and all major credit cards. Please note that when using a credit card, a 2.6% processing fee will be applied to the transaction.
